Before you book

During your stay
A problem with an appliance or a question about the area? We’re reachable by phone or WhatsApp every day from 7 am to 11 pm. A booklet with our favourite places is also waiting for you in the apartment.
Where to find us
HappyHaven Blankenberge is on Badersstraat, a quiet street 100 metres from the promenade and the beach. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and there are several public car parks nearby.
What should I include in my message?
To give you a quick and accurate answer, please mention your arrival and departure dates, the number of guests (adults, children and baby) and any special requests: travel cot, late arrival, slightly later check-out… We’ll tell you straight away what’s possible. Travelling with young children? Let us know and we’ll gladly prepare the baby equipment before you arrive.
Booked on Airbnb?
In that case, the easiest way is to message us through Airbnb, where your whole booking is already recorded. If you booked on this website, simply reply to one of our emails, or write to us here with your booking number (HH-…).

How quickly do you reply?
Usually the same day, and always within 24 hours. For anything urgent during your stay, the fastest way is to call us or send a WhatsApp, every day from 7 am to 11 pm: the HappyHaven Blankenberge team will answer you directly.
Can I arrive earlier or leave later?
Check-in is normally from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am. If you need different times, let us know in your message: depending on the bookings before and after yours, we always do our best to help.
